Join us for a heart-centered, age-appropriate, and beautifully curated experience designed to support girls as they begin their journey into adolescence. Birds, Bees, and Becoming offers a safe and sacred space for girls to learn about the changes of puberty, the menstrual cycle, and an introduction to human sexuality through a holistic, mind-body-spirit lens.

Mothers will be present for the opening circle, where we will set intentions and create a nurturing container for the day. After the opening hour, girls will remain in community with skilled facilitators for a day of gentle, engaging, and empowering lessons, activities, and conversations. Mothers will return for a meaningful closing circle, where daughters will share insights and celebrate this rite of passage together.

This workshop is more than just a lesson on bodies—it’s an invitation into a deeper connection with self, body wisdom, and the beautiful journey of becoming.
